DANGEROUS
GOODS.
UNDER
CONTROL.

Specialized air-freight handling

Classification before transportation.

BRL reviews the information needed to classify, document and coordinate sensitive cargo before requesting airline acceptance or confirming a booking.

Why it matters

An incorrect declaration is not a minor detail.

Rejections and delays commonly begin with inconsistent classification, unsuitable packaging or incomplete documentation. The review must happen before the cargo reaches the airline.

9

HAZARD CLASSES

The UN classification system organizes dangerous goods into nine primary classes.

01

ACCEPTANCE PATH

Classification, packaging, marking and documentation must describe the same shipment.

0

INCOMPLETE FILES

No specialized booking should be confirmed while required information remains unresolved.

The SDS/MSDS does not support the information declared for the shipment.

02

PACKAGING EVIDENCE

The required specification marks or packaging evidence cannot be verified.
